Built to commercial survey, she carries 1E for up to 36 passengers and 4E hire-and-drive classification for 12 passengers, allowing overnight accommodation for 8. This makes her perfectly suited to operate as an Airbnb-style floating hotel, private charter vessel or boutique on-water accommodation business, while still being just as enjoyable as a spacious private live-aboard. Despite the commercial capability, she has only ever been used privately, cruising Sydney Harbour, Pittwater, Port Hacking and Nelson Bay.

Mechanically and structurally, everything has already been done. She has been recently re-powered with twin brand-new Suzuki 70hp four-stroke outboards, providing outstanding fuel efficiency and reliability, and the hull ultrasound has been completed as part of survey. Antifouling was completed in November 2025, and a near-new Kohler generator, solar charging system and inverter setup allow the entire vessel to run completely off-grid. The generator powers the whole boat when needed, while the solar array runs the vessel during the day and stores energy in the batteries for quiet, silent use overnight.

Additional comforts include a full residential-style galley with fridge, freezer and gas cooking, a spacious bathroom with separate shower, dual helm stations, bow thruster, electronic throttles, Garmin navigation electronics, electric anchor, fusion sound system, new clears enclosing the top deck, luxury marine flooring throughout.
